Return Policy
Returns are charged a 30% restocking fee.
We wish this wasn’t necessary but anything returned would have to be shipped back to the source (and shipping is expensive and time consuming).
That being said, each bike has a warranty and you are protected from defective items AND if we’re the ones putting them together for you, we’ll make sure they are great before you receive them.
